Serious sight loss is something that people having good sight fear most. This is because much of what we learn about the world around us is through the sense of sight and it is difficult to appreciate how a serious sight loss can be overcome.

Since 1865 Fife Society for the Blind has been working to make life with sight loss easier. As an independent voluntary organisation we provide a range of support services which include volunteers, social & recreational and fundraising, many of which aim to address social isolation. A full range of professional services are delivered through our Insight Team and if you are experiencing sight loss Insight are there to support you.

If you are a business, public body or voluntary agency then FSB Enterprises Ltd is our social enterprise company which uses our professional knowledge and skills in sight loss, and disability in many ways, including help in complying with the Disablity Discrimination Act 2005. We also invite you to visit our on-line shop for a range of unique products.

Fife Society for the Blind do not employ professional fundraisers and relies entirely on voluntary effort to ensure that we can deliver essential services to those most in need.
